What happens when I buy artwork?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure email containing a link where you can download your digital artwork.
Once you’ve downloaded the files, they are yours to keep and use as many times as you like. We ask that you don’t distribute them or use them for commercial purposes.
And just like the world’s best secret agents, you’ll have 24 hours to download the file before the link expires…
How do I resize the artwork to print a postcard?
Your digital artwork file, is a PDF. It’s vector-based, which means it can be enlarged or reduced without affecting the artwork. If you change your printer settings to match the paper size you want to print on, you should get a perfect result.
What do I do if I can’t print my artwork out?
We’ve chosen to save our artwork as PDF files as this type of file is (usually) really easy to re-size and print. If you run into problems please do get in touch using our contact form and we’ll hopefully be able to help.
What if I forget to download my artwork file?
Please get in touch using the contact form on our website and we can re-send a secure email where you can download your artwork.
Can I change my mind and get a refund?
I’m afraid we cannot issue refunds.
